The job of communicating with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds and experiences to achieve equitable understanding and change is one that needs great skill, personality, and continuous learning. Mental Health in the School Building
Environmental exposures in school buildings such as poorly ventilated air, uncomfortable temperatures, inadequate lighting and more can negatively impact student health. Dr. G. conducts environmental audits to help schools better the learning conditions in their schools.
Selfcare and Fighting Burnout
As educators, our success in reaching or connecting with students, lies heavily on our morale and energy to uplift and get students to share their lives with us. Being an educator, Dr. G. has developed personal practices to keep him active and ready to deliver his best nearly always to students.

Dr. G. takes educators through understanding the make of the adolescents’ brain and how to effectively identify different ques that indicate certain weaknesses or strengths with students to know how to assist them.
Mentoring Programs
